Elearning can be a great timesaver for employees but can also be a great time waster if employees are required to undertake training they do not require because of prior knowledge.

If an employee's knowledge does not meet the requirements they are automatically assigned the relevant learning materials in order to bring their knowledge up to the required level. If the employee passes the skills gap test than the system records that the level of knowledge is sufficient and no further learning is assigned.
