Over the years working on successful implementations for Enterprise clients, we have developed a process to make sure implementations work well. We call it the Ecampus Elearning Framework.
Unlike many providers of enterprise software, we encourage you to try our systems before you buy.
Make sure the system does everything you need. Feel free to discuss your needs with us at any time.
Try the LMS. Make sure you love it. We’re here to help.
If you wish, get a third party analyst the try out the system.
To make sure you get the most out of the trial, we provide demonstrations and training via online screen-sharing. (On-site training is available, but will cost extra.)
If you'd like to be shown around the LMS, contact us for a demo. It will take about an hour. We'll take you through the main features and discuss your needs.
Contact us with any questions you have. Happy to help.
Want to test out integrations, customisations, or engage in a more extensive study? That’s what our Pilot Study program is for.
With a pilot study we take you through the process of integrating the system with your organisation (See “2 - Implementation Process” below).
Or you can just try out part of the process. From using our APIs to training your staff. Just implement the system for part of you organisation’s activities. Whatever you need to test out. We can adjust the study to meet your precise needs.
We want to make sure all the boxes get ticked and you feel secure in your decision.
A Pilot Study is not free, however. You pay for our services. But it gives you peace of mind before making an even more substantial commitment.
We will rebate any costs incurred during the Pilot Study that would usually be bundled as part of the usual implementation process.
We don’t do tenders. We’d rather focus on building great apps than filling in forms.
But if you have any questions or things that are a concern, do let us know. We’re happy to help. Perhaps a pilot study is what you need.
You’ll get phone call from your “Implementation Manager”. This is the expert who will help you make your project a success.
The first phone call is usually about:
We’ll also ask you to put names to roles:
We’ll also go through any existing data, particularly user data, that you need to import.
And, finally, a major question:
If we can understand the motivations behind you requirements, we can work out the best way to get things done.
This phone call and screen-sharing session is where we get into the nitty gritty of setting up your LMS.
LMS is an enterprise application, so there is a lot of functionality. We go through all the configuration options. We turn off all the things you don’t need.
Then we discuss your “Look and feel” requirements, logos and corporate colour scheme.
If the LMS doesn’t quite have some of the functionality you want, that’s fine. We can write a custom module for you at any time.
We’ll provide
You pay for this specification in advance.
Once you’re happy the specification, then we develop a fixed quote based on that specification.
We provide three broad types of training bundled with your annual fee.
Note: demonstrations and training are via online screen-sharing. On site training is available, but is not bundled with your annual fee.
How to create your own learning content and upload it to the LMS. We discuss SCORM versions, what data you can send to the LMS via the SCORM API, and so on.
If you opt to use our authoring tool, we can also train you in that.
We can also show you how to create basic content in the LMS itself.
Here we take course managers through:
This is all about how to administrate your fully configured LMS.
Don’t forget - you can ask questions at any time. And support is always available. (See “Support” below)
Here we’ll ask how the implementation went. How we could improve. What your plans for the future are and how we can help with those plans.
Once the implementation is completed, you will be transferred from your implementation manager to our support folks.
You will get a ‘phone call from a support person.
You’ll be introduced to the support system, the support process and how to get the best out of support.
We have the best support in the business. We’re always here to help.
We don’t believe in call centres. You will talk to experts working with our developers and other staff.
