We go through six steps:

1. Assess Your Needs

Why do you want an elearning course? We’re here to answer your questions.

Before you spend money on custom elearning, it’s working out how you will measure its effect. For example:

• how does it mitigate risk?
• how does it effect the bottom line?

Or, more specifically, does it -

• reduce hours lost to recertification training?
• reduce accidents?
• increase productivity (sales, items processed, etc)?
• increase learner satisfaction?

With some measurable aims such as these in mind, we can start work on something more tangible.

2. Storyboard

We layout your elearning content - to give you an idea of how it will work, what it will look like, and the technology choices available.

We do this with your subject matter experts.

3. Planning

Along with your subject matter experts, our custom content specialists start work on a more concrete specification. What sort of look and feel do you want? What pedagogical considerations are there? Do you need video, audio, animations, or complex interactions?

Then we create some samples for you to review.

Then we develop a detailed development plan.

4. Development

Our developers start creating your customised elearning content. Graphics, video, audio, SCORM, and other technology are all part of the process.

5. Quality Assurance

This is vital. At this stage, your subject matter experts review the material. Alterations are made if necessary.

6. Implementation

The custom content is then delivered to learners.

Use Ecampus LMS to deliver the content if you wish. We recommend it, of course! But all the content developed by Ecampus is AICC and SCORM compliant. It can be delivered via any SCORM compliant LMS.
