- Training and development staff were trained to use Composica and Ecampus LMS via a series of face to face and remote training sessions.
- During the course authoring process, UniSuper created and utilised video, audio and flash animations.
- After being launched by UniSuper’s CEO, superannuation officers across Australia were introduced to the learning system during a national road show.
- In the first three months UniSuper deployed seven courses including induction, EEO, compliance and technical courses.
- 90% of staff logged in during the first month to complete training.
- The Ecampus Platform is now being used by other departments to roll out application and legal training.
- Full ROI was achieved in the first month after the delivery of one online course.
