• UniSuper’s 250 internal staff and 200 superannuation officers at 37 universities require continuous training to comply with Federal regulations.
• Ongoing training for all staff was time consuming and costly.
• In order to comply with Federal regulations, UniSuper is required to continuously track and deliver training in areas such as fraud, money laundering and EEO.

• UniSuper chose Ecampus LMS Enterprise Edition for delivering learning content and tracking employee results.
• Composica was chosen to author learning content.
• UniSuper developed a project and communications plan to map out the content development process as well as how the system would be introduced to staff across the organisation.
• Training and development staff were trained to use Composica and Ecampus LMS via a series of face to face and remote training sessions.
• During the course authoring process, UniSuper created and utilised video, audio and flash animations.
• After being launched by UniSuper’s CEO, superannuation officers across Australia were introduced to the learning system during a national road show.

• In the first three months UniSuper deployed seven courses including induction, EEO, compliance and technical courses.
